About the Project
Kairos came to Design Church as a faith-driven payments processing company with a compelling mission but needed a cohesive brand identity that would communicate their values of transparency, integrity, and responsive support. As a company operating in the competitive fintech space while maintaining Christian principles, they required branding that would resonate with both merchants seeking reliable payment solutions and agents building sustainable partnerships.
Our Approach
We developed a comprehensive brand identity rooted in geometric shapes and Neo-Brutalism design principles—creating a visual language that communicates stability, structure, and confidence. The bold "K" symbol and clean typography reflect Kairos's straightforward, no-nonsense approach to payments and partnership.
We crafted their brand messaging around the tagline "Payments. Right On Time." emphasizing their commitment to reliability when every moment matters. Through strategic color choices—deep navy representing trust and integrity, vibrant orange symbolizing transparency and energy, and bold red conveying their passion for partnership—we created a visual system that stands out in the payments industry while remaining professional and approachable.
We polished their brand voice to speak directly to both merchants and partners.

The final brand identity positions Kairos as a modern, trustworthy alternative in the payments processing space. Their website and marketing materials now clearly communicate what makes them different: a company built on faith principles that puts merchants first. The geometric visual system provides flexibility across digital and print applications while maintaining a strong, memorable presence. The refined messaging helps merchants immediately understand that Kairos isn't just another vendor—they're a partner invested in their success, offering complete clarity on pricing and fees while building long-term relationships grounded in trust.
